Paolo started his post secondary education with an electrician’s apprenticeship in construction and maintenance, along with a three year college program in automation and controls. This program focused on mechanical and electrical systems with controls in industrial automation.
He was then positioned in the automotive industry for three years, working in mold injection and paint plants. There he serviced and maintained mold injection machines, 3-axis pick and place robotics, as well as 6-axis robotics in paint plants.
Paolo then went on to pursue a university degree in electrical engineering. He specialized in power systems and protection,
while taking additional courses for computer programming.
